Terms of Use
Benji Social is a small, private tool that schedules and publishes posts for Benji, a dog, on his own accounts (@fetchwithbenji). It is run by Benji's owner, only for those accounts. It is not offered to the public: there are no sign-ups and no other users. These terms cover Benji Social and the pages at radiuk.ca/benji/.
Platform terms
Benji Social works with these platforms only through their official APIs, and only with Benji's own accounts. Using Benji Social means using those services, so their terms apply too.
- YouTube. Benji Social uses YouTube API Services. By using Benji Social, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's use of information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Instagram and Facebook (Meta). By using Benji Social, users are agreeing to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Use and the Meta Platform Terms.
- TikTok, once connected. By using Benji Social, users are agreeing to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service.
- Pinterest, once connected. By using Benji Social, users are agreeing to be bound by the Pinterest Terms of Service.
What Benji Social does
- It publishes Benji's own photos and videos on Benji's own accounts, and keeps those accounts' profiles and playlists up to date.
- It reads the performance figures of Benji's own posts and the comments left on them, so his owner can plan posts and reply.
- It never posts, likes, follows or comments anywhere except on Benji's own posts, and it does no automated engagement with anyone else's accounts.

Benji's photos and videos
Photos and videos of Benji belong to his owner. You're welcome to share links to Benji's posts and to this page. Please ask before reusing the photos or videos themselves: fetchwithbenji@gmail.com.
No warranty
Benji Social and these pages are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. They may change or stop at any time.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
